Shipping Policy

Our policy is to give the fastest possible service. Normally, orders received by 12:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day.
During peak season, orders may take 24 hours to ship. Custom-made arrows or special circumstances can delay the shipment.

We ship only in the 48/Continental US only. Over-sized items have no additional freight. These items will be included under the standard freight rules.

Restrictions
• The Flat Rate Freight Program applies only to ground shipments within the
lower 48 continental United States.
• Expedited shipments are paid by the customer. Flat rates do not apply.
• Hazardous material fees are the customer’s responsibility and must ship FedEx only.
